About Us

With over a decade of experience in behavioral healthcare both on the facility side and EHR side, Sabrina has developed a diverse skill set. She began her career as a Behavioral Health Technician, where she provided direct support to patients and gained valuable insights into patient care dynamics. Transitioning into a Logistics Coordinator, she coordinated care for 15 residential houses and an Outpatient location. Later, she transitioned into a Pharmacy Liaison where she coordinated doctor appointments and prescriptions, including specialty medications. She honed her organizational and communication skills, ensuring efficient operations and streamlined processes. She later served as a Quality Improvement Coordinator and Compliance Officer, leading initiatives to enhance service delivery and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Her role consisted of Policy and Procedure development, implementation, and training as well as auditing and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies that significantly elevated the quality of care. Most recently, she has dedicated seven years to the role of Implementation Coordinator, specializing in the integration of multiple EHR systems. Her expertise lies in project management, training, and user support, enabling healthcare providers to leverage technology for better patient outcomes. As Quality Assurance Success Manager at Vital Solutions, she plans to utilize her previous experience to drive improvements in healthcare delivery through effective coordination, compliance, and technology implementation. She looks forward to bringing her experience and insights into this new position with Vital Solutions.
